Kyle Brehm

Mr. Brehm has spent over a decade advising companies on tax matters, particularly in the financial services sector, ranging from private entities to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Brehm currently serves as the founder and an attorney at Brehm Tax Counsel PLLC. Prior to founding his firm, he was a partner at Jones Walker LLP and Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. Before joining Fredrikson in November 2019, Mr. Brehm was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He was also a member of the board of directors and treasurer of eQuality–Pathways to Potential, a non-profit organization organized in Minneapolis, MN, from 2012 until 2022. His work has involved a variety of financial service entities, including banks, payment processors, and insurance service providers.

Mr. Brehm has a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University, a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from University of Minnesota Law School and an MBA from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management.
