Leadership Bio

Killian is the Chief Technology Officer at Sezzle Inc and one of the co-founders. Killian is a software engineer by trade that joined the Sezzle team early in its inception in 2016 to build the product and has worked as a software engineer, VP of Engineering, and ultimately Chief Technology Officer and today manages the Engineering team at Sezzle. Over the years he has been hands in building the product, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams, processes and practices out. He is a life-long technologist that has been taking things apart and putting them back together that joined the team while studying Economics and Computer Science at Columbia University. His focus on building the engineering team is a focus on the pillars of security, availability, reliability, flexibility, delivery velocity, and confidentiality as Sezzle's engineering and product teams execute on building out technical solutions to fulfill their mission.
